Connect Your Scanner to BJM in Under 2 Minutes

Connect Your iTero Scanner to BJM Dental Laboratory


It takes less than two minutes to add us to your favourites list. Once configured, you can send scans directly from your chairside terminal with a single tap.


Option 1: Quick Add Via My iTero.com (Recommended)


This is the fastest method for practices with administration permissions.


Log in to your account at MyiTero.com from any computer or terminal.

  1. Click the settings icon in the top right, then select practice settings.
  2. Click on the "My Labs" tab.
  3. Click the blue "Add Lab" button.
  4. Type "BJM Dental Laboratory" into the search field and hit search.
  5. Locate our name in the results and click "Connect".


(Tip: if your scanner doesn't display us immediately on your scanner's drop-down menu, simply restart the unit to force a sync).

Option 2: Add Us Via iTero Support


If you prefer to let Align Technology handle it, or if we don't show up in your search parameters, call their helpdesk directly.

  •  Call iTero Support: Dial 0800 169 5727 (UK Support).
  • Select Option 2 for iTero technical support.
  • Provide the representative with your Scanner Serial Number (Found under System Info> Base Serial Number).
  • Tell them you want to add BJM Dental Laboratory (South London) to your scanner setup.

We also accept raw STL, PLY, or OBJ Files from all major scanners.


Sending Your First Case

  1. Scan the upper & lower arches, and get the bite configuration.
  2. Fill out your digital Rx instructions.
  3. Select BJM Dental Laboratory under the Lab selection field.
