Q: How long does it take to have a denture repaired?
A: When collected from a surgery, we aim to complete most denture repairs for the next working day if required. For simple repairs brought in by patients, we generally complete these within an hour. Complex cases (e.g., chrome repairs needing laser-welded tags) may take longer.

Nightguards & Appliance Support

Q: Do you supply nightguard cases and do they cost extra?
A: Yes — we provide orthodontic/appliance cases free of charge to all our clients, whether NHS or private.

Q: Can I speak directly to a technician for advice?
A: Absolutely — all calls are answered by GDC-registered technicians who can assist with technical enquiries and case planning.

Images, Videos & Case Communication

Q: Can I send photos or videos to help explain a case?
A: Yes — you can send images or videos via email, and if you prefer, we can share our WhatsApp details on request to make communication easier.
