Download our laboratory prescription form, complete the relevant case details and securely package your work.

2. Arrange Collection or Send by Post

If your practice is located along one of our regular delivery routes, you can take advantage of our complimentary collection service.

Alternatively, you're welcome to send your cases to us by post.

3. Leave the Rest to Us
