Timeline Terms & Case Commencement

Day Zero Rules:

Turnaround times officially begin on the first working day after the physical case or iTero scan is recieved at our laboratory.

Asset Readiness:

Delays in providing clear lab dockets, shades, dates or necessary instructions will pause the processing window.

Delivery Loop Coverage:
